Commercial ships and larger craft broadcast their position over AIS. Sirena Seafarer draws them on your nautical chart, coloured by type, with an arrow for every vessel under way. Tap one for its name, type and speed.

What you see

Cargo, tankers, passenger ships, fishing boats, tugs and pleasure craft, each in its own colour.
Moving ships as arrows pointing where they are heading, stopped ones as dots.
The area follows your boat and your zoom, up to about 200 km around you.

Keep a lookout

Most small pleasure boats carry no AIS transponder, so an empty sea on the screen does not mean an empty sea. AIS is an aid, never a replacement for watching the water and the radar.
