By using the Sirena app or sirenaclub.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Sirena for recreational or professional marine navigation, subject to these terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device secure. Email-based accounts are tied to the device credential stored in your Keychain. Sign in with Apple works across devices signed into the same Apple ID.
Paid features are billed through Apple as an auto-renewable subscription unless stated otherwise. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Do not misuse the service, scrape our APIs, interfere with other users, or rely on Sirena as your sole source of safety-critical navigation data.

Sirena is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation. GPS, charts, and connectivity can fail.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Sirena, including navigation accidents or data loss.
